We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome guests upon arrival and check them in using our reservation system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with luggage and other requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
